Subject to stock availability.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back-ordered item or prefer to process a refund.

**While we do offer free shipping worldwide, unfortunately, there are a select few countries that we are unable to ship to, this is something out of our control. Shipping Times

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will usually be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Tracking will be sent via the email address used on checkout. 

After that, it will take 15 - 30 business days for delivery for international orders (depending on location).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. - We are currently operating a flat fee on shipping

Returns

Return Due To Change Of Mind

Capricorn Home Collections will accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and resalable condition, within the 14 days.

Return shipping/fees will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Capricorn Home Collections will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping/fees paid.

Delivery Terms

  • Change Of Delivery Address

Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to change the delivery address once this has been entered at the time of purchase.

  • Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will process a refund for this item and the remaining items on the order will be shipped as normal.

  • Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded 40 days please contact us directly with your order number

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels In Transit

Capricorn Home Collections cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the courier for stolen and/or lost shipments.

Capricorn Home Collections is not responsible for misdelivery errors via courier, or incorrect shipping information

Process for parcels damaged in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost
